The Olde English Faire will take place at Wildlife Prairie Park from 10 am – 5 pm on Saturday & Sunday. The Central Illinois Artists Organization (CIAO) is made up of over 70 area artists working in various mediums. Fathers & Floats will take place at the Peoria Zoo on Sunday from 2 – 3 pm featuring ice cream floats and special animal encounters plus scheduled walks throughout the Zoo. Tickets are $10 or $5 for Zoo members and are available by calling 309-681-3559.

Rock the Block, a Peoria Warehouse District Showcase, will take place on Sunday from 1 – 8 pm near 820 SW Adams Street in the back in the alley (near Ear in the Envelope) and will be held rain or shine (if rain, it will be held at 820 SW Adams in downtown Peoria). The event will showcase the development in the Peoria Warehouse district: admission is free and free parking will be available on Oak Street. There will be an inflatable bouncer for kids and adults, a rock ‘n roll photo shoot, a Raku pottery demonstrations by Jacob Grant, live mural painting by Clint Kehlert plus food and live music. The Peoria Riverfront Museum will host a Gallery Walk of the Ansel Adams: Western Exposure exhibition on Sunday beginning at 2 pm. Learn about Adams’ photography and the artistic process. Tour will be led by Kristan McKinsey, Director of Collections. The gallery walk is free with admission to the museum, which is $11 for adults, $10 for seniors citizens aged 60+ or $9 for youth aged 3-17 (Peoria county residents receive a 15% discount off of admission price) and free for members.
